For 1 serving, you'll need:
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1 or 2 tbsp of unsalted raw crunchy almond butter (but I don't really measure)
- About 1 tsp of shredded coconut
- Some raisins
- Dark chocolate chips or raw cacao nibs (I omit these at night because of the caffeine)
